Set with a silver service dated 1879, the dining table would make Mrs. Hudson proud! A covered dish and butter dish hold light refreshments. Silver knife-rests ensure the proper placement of cutlery. While in London, I acquired incredible matching pearl-handled forks and knives engraved "SH". Completing the arrangement are cups and saucers that once belonged to my great-grand-mother.

For the table itself, I cut a round out of a 40-inch piece of plywood and mounted it on old table legs. The formal layered look of the table was created by placing a white embroidered linen over a green
cloth. English bow-back style walnut chairs await guests.

Displayed on the wall are original prints of the Reichenbach Falls acquired at the Paris flea market, alongside an early barometer. The "dancing men" keep watch over the procedings.
